أوشكت الخرطوم وجوبا عاصمة إقليم جنوب السودان الذي يتمتع بحكم ذاتي، على تشكيل الحكومة الاتحادية الجديدة وحكومة الإقليم، فيما يعقد البرلمان المنتخب الذي يسيطر عليه «حزب المؤتمر الوطني» و «الحركة الشعبية لتحرير السودان» أولى دوراته اليوم بجلسة إجرائية لاختيار رئيس له يرجح أن يكون هو رئيسه السابق أحمد إبراهيم الطاهر.
وكشفت تقارير أكدت أمس أن تشكيل الحكومة بات قريباً وسيشهد تقليص ودمج أربع وزارات اتحادية، وإنشاء وزارتين للكهرباء والثقافة، وسيرتفع عدد الوزارات من 30 إلى 34، مع تقليص عدد وزراء الدولة من 36 إلى 15. وسيحتفظ مساعدو الرئيس الثلاثة مني أركو مناوي ونافع علي نافع وموسى محمد أحمد بمناصبهم، فيما سيتم تقليص عدد مستشاري الرئيس من 14 إلى 5 مستشارين.
وسيؤدي الرئيس عمر البشير اليمين الدستورية أمام البرلمان الخميس المقبل لدورة جديدة تستمر خمس سنوات، وينتظر أن يعلن التشكيل الوزاري الجديد الأسبوع المقبل، كما ينتظر أن يعلن رئيس حكومة الجنوب سلفاكير ميارديت خلال يومين تشكيل حكومة الإقليم الجديدة التي استقرت على زيادة الحقائب الوزارية فيها إلى 28 وزارة.
ويصل سلفاكير غداً إلى الخرطوم للانخراط في اجتماعات مؤسسة الرئاسة للتشاور في شأن حكومة الوحدة الوطنية وإداء اليمين الدستورية نائباً أول للرئيس. وأفادت تقارير أن حكومة الجنوب الجديدة أضافت وزارات صغيرة جديدة في مكتب رئيس الحكومة تشمل وزارات الحكم المحلي واللامركزية والشؤون الإنسانية والبرامج الخاصة.
وقال الأمين العام لـ «الحركة الشعبية» باقان أموم إنه اعتذر عن عدم تولي أي حقيبة وزارية، على رغم تمسك قيادة حركته بذلك. وذكرت التقارير أن الحكومة الجديدة سينضم إليها ثلاثة من الوزراء الاتحاديين في الحكومة السابقة وهم وزراء الخارجية دينق الور وشؤون مجلس الوزراء كوستا مانيبا والتجارة الخارجية جيمس كوك، وهم سيتولون حقائب في حكومة الإقليم تشمل التعاون الإقليمي ومجلس وزراء حكومة الجنوب والشؤون الإنسانية على الترتيب. وأكدت أن وزير «الجيش الشعبي» نبال دينق نيال ووزير الشؤون الإنسانية مايكل مكواي ووزير المالية دينق ماكنا ووزير الزراعة ساسمون كواجي ووزير الإعلام بول ميوم سيحتفظون بمواقعهم، فيما سيغادر وزراء الصحة لوكا منوجا والسياحة ياي دينق والتجارة والصناعة برنامبا مريال.

على صعيد آخر، رفضت الحكومة السودانية في شدة اتهامات الأمم المتحدة باستخدام قواتها الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة، مؤكدة أنها لا تزال ملتزمة القوانين والمواثيق الدولية الخاصة بأوضاع الأطفال. واعتبرت تلك الاتهامات «من باب الكيد السياسي».
وأوردت الأمم المتحدة للمرة الأولى أمس اسم السودان بين قوات نظامية وجماعات تمرد في العالم، قالت إنها لا تزال تستخدم الأطفال في النزاعات. وأشار التقرير السنوي للممثلة الخاصة للأمين العام لشؤون الأطفال والنزاعات المسلحة راضيكا كوماراسوامي إلى أن الميليشيات الموالية للحكومة في دارفور و«الجيش الشعبي» في جنوب السودان، لا تزال تستغل الأطفال في عملياتها العسكرية.
لكن وزير الدولة للشؤون الإنسانية السوداني عبدالباقي الجيلاني نفى اتهامات الأمم المتحدة، مؤكداً أن حكومته «ليست لها ميليشيات عسكرية حتي تقوم باستخدام الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة». وأشار إلى أن «الميليشيات التي يتحدث عنها التقرير موجودة فقط في جنوب السودان»، مضيفاً أن «الحكومة ليست لها علاقة بالأمر وجيشها محترف ولايوجد فيه نقص في الرجال حتى يستكمل بالأطفال»، مشيراً إلى أن «الحكومة أجرت في الفترة الأخيرة عمليات تسريح واسعة وليس لدينا نقص في الرجال».

وقال احمد بن عبدالله آل محمود وزير الدولة للشؤون الخارجية القطري في تصريح صحافي ادلى به بعد اجتماع عقده مساء الاحد مع رئيس وفد الحكومة السودانية المفاوض امين حسن عمر، وممثل عن حركة التحرير والعدالة، والوسيط الدولي جبريل باسولي "سيتم توجيه الدعوات إلى حركتي العدل والمساواة والتحرير والعدالة للعودة إلى المفاوضات مع الحكومة السودانية".

واضاف الوسيط القطري "لقد ابلغت حركة التحرير والعدالة الوساطة جاهزيتها للعودة إلى المفاوضات، ونحن لم نبلغ رسميا من حركة العدل والمساواة رفضها العودة إلى المفاوضات مع الحكومة في الدوحة او نيتها لتغيير منبر السلام".

وكان مصطفى عثمان اسماعيل مستشار الرئيس السوداني عمر البشير دعا الاحد رئيس حركة العدل والمساواة خليل ابراهيم الى العودة الى مائدة التفاوض في الدوحة، محذرا من انه اذا رفض فان الحكومة السودانية قادرة على احلال الامن في الاقليم.

وكانت حركة العدل والمساواة اعلنت تجميد مشاركتها في مفاوضات الدوحة مطلع ايار/ مايو ولوحت بالانسحاب منها لاحقا بعد استيلاء القوات الحكومية على جبل مون المعقل الاستراتيجي للحركة غرب دارفور.

يذكر ان المفاوضات بين الحكومة السودانية والحركات الدارفورية المتمردة كانت علقت في العاشر من نيسان/ابريل للتفرغ للانتخابات السودانية.

وعن مشاركة حركة العدل والمساواة قال الوسيط القطري "رحبنا بهم سابقا وسنرحب بهم الآن وسنسعى لإقناعهم بالعودة إلى طاولة المفاوضات".

من جهته اعلن امين حسن عمر ان الجيش السوداني قام بالفعل بعمليات عسكرية ضد حركة العدل والمساواة في جبل مون ووصف هذه الحركة ب"الارهابية".

وقال "لا ننكر ان الجيش قام بعمليات ضد حركة العدل والمساواة بعد ان خرقت كل ما هو متفق عليه واعتدت على المدنيين وقتلت بعضهم وقطعت الطرق وتمددت على بعد مئات الكيلومترات من المواقع التي كانت فيها فكيف يمكن لدولة مسؤولة ان تسمح بهذا على اراضيها".

وتتبادل الحكومة السودانية وحركة العدل والمساواة الاتهامات بانتهاك اتفاق لوقف اطلاق النار وقعتاه في شباط/ فبراير الماضي في الدوحة.

وكان من المفترض ان يقود هذا الاتفاق الى اتفاق سلام دائم قبل الخامس عشر من اذار/ مارس لكن المهلة بقيت حبرا على ورق.

Capri ricorderà dal 20 al 30 maggio 2010 una delle artiste più poliedriche e geniali del novecento: Leni Riefenstahl, l'artista berlinese nata nel 1902. Nella saletta delle mostre del Centro Ignazio Cerio saranno esposte le opere che la fotografa tedesca scattò durante la sua lunga permanenza tra le tribù dei Nuba nel Sudan meridionale e le visioni marine nella sinfonia dei colori del mondo sommerso.
Leni Riefenstahl ha contribuito raffigurando la bellezza delle danze,delle lotte,della vita quotidiana dei Nuba a far capire al mondo com' è importante impedire il genocidio di questo popolo. Ha lottato con tutte le sue forze per salvare quegli uomini e quelle donne che ha profondamente amato e che nella loro naturale semplicità erano l' ultima testimonianza di una bellezza ancestrale. Nelle visioni del mondo sommerso l' artista scopre un paradiso perduto. Nel mare ritrova la felicità, riesce a cancellare ogni ansia esistenziale ed a percepire il suono fascinoso del silenzio assoluto. Per tutta la sua lunga vita Leni Riefenstahl ha cercato d' immortalare la bellezza in ognuna delle sue espressioni artistiche.
La danza e la coreografia, la recitazione, la regia e la fotografia sono i momenti di questa ricerca estetica. La Riefenstahl aveva un rapporto intenso e profondo con la bellezza dell' isola di Capri. La luce della sua natura la esaltava ed era fonte di perpetua ispirazione artistica. Nel libro degli ospiti illustri del comune di Capri nel settembre 2002 scrisse "Capri l' isola fantastica, l' isola delle favole che rimane per sempre nella tua anima". A centouno anni, pochi mesi prima di morire, nel maggio del 2003, Leni Riefenstahl doveva soggiornare a Capri per fotografare la bellezza delle sue rocce, del suo mare, dei suoi tramonti e riuscire a percepire con la sua arte il soffio vitale dell'isola. Era il suo più intimo desiderio, pubblicare un libro di fotografie sul mistero, sul fascino onirico della bellezza di Capri, l'isola dalla luce blu.
