فتيات من مختلف مدن الجنوب، يدرسن الإعلام بجامعة الخرطوم، تحدثنا إليهن للتقرب من أفكار شريحة مؤثرة في المجتمع ونظرته لمسألة الاستفتاء المزمع إجراؤه في يناير المقبل، والذي يتوقف علي إجابة واحدة.. هل أنتن مع الوحدة أم الانفصال؟قالت (آشان): وُلدت بالجنوب وأسكن حالياً في سوبا الحلة، وقد عشت معظم حياتي في الخرطوم ولم أختلط بالمجتمع في الجنوب، وقد أعطي صوتي للوحدة في حال الوصول لصيغة مساواة كاملة في المواطنة، لأن الثقافة المسيحية لها متطلبات ولا أعتقد أن الانفصال يعني أن أعود الي الجنوب مثلاً لأني أرغب في إكمال دراستي بالخرطوم. أما (هيلدا) التي وُلدت بيوغندا وجلست امتحان الشهادة من مدرسة (فاطمة الفقيه) بجوبا وتدين بالمسيجية، فوالدها محاضر بجامعة جوبا وتقول: عشت بجوبا وحضرت فقط لدراسة الإعلام بالخرطوم لأنه لا توجد كلية في جوبا للإعلام ولا أفكر في العودة إن حدث انفصال، وقد أعطي صوتي للوحدة إن توفرت لي حرية المشاركة الثقافية، لأني أشعر بأن هناك تعاملا سطحيا مع الثقافة المحلية في الإعلام عامة، ونحتاج سنوات لأزالة آثارها السالبة، وقد أعطي صوتي للانفصال إن وجدت أن وضعي الاجتماعي والسياسي سيكون أفضل. أما (سوزان) فتقول إن الإدلاء بصوتها في الاستفتاء القادم لن يبدل شيئاً لأن السياسيين يفعلون وفقاً لخططهم، وأن الانفصال قد يعطي الجنوبيين فرصة إعمار الجنوب بأيديهم بدلاً عن الاعتماد علي الغير، لأن الدمار فيه كبير، وترجو من الطرفين الراغبين في الوحدة أو الانفصال عدم إدخال الدين في السياسة لأن بعض السياسيين كما ترى تركوا السياسة عندما أقحموا القضايا الدينية مما يربك المجتمع في الجانبين. أما (ربيكا) التي ولدت بمدينة ملكال فتقول: عشت بالخرطوم واخترت الدراسة فيها ولا يمكن أن أمانع في الوحدة إن توفرت احتياجاتها. في حين ترى راحيل (من مواليد عطبرة) أن أبناء الجنوب وحدويون بطبعهم والراغبون في الانفصال لديهم مبررات قد تكون كافية.
