Us Government: fine (Black Water) (42) million dollars for its intervention in South Sudan Newspaper

(New York Times) announced yesterday that the U.S. security firm (X Services are), known under its former name (Blackwater), will pay a fine of (42) million dollars because of violations of export laws of America. The newspaper said that (Blackwater) violated export rules by selling arms to Afghanistan illegally and presentation of training soldiers in southern Sudan and training of police officers on the operations of Taiwanese archers professionals. The company (Blackwater) belonging to the Contracting Officer, U.S. Navy (Prince Eric) proposed to obtain commitments from southern Sudan to pay up to half of the mineral wealth enjoyed by the southern Sudan for the costs of the services offered to the south. The (Eric ) sought personally to former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney to the lifting of sanctions on South Sudan. The suggestions included providing security protection for the leaders of South Sudan after the death of the movement's leader John Garang in a plane crash. After negotiations prepared (Blackwater) contracts for two million dollars to train bodyguards for the team Salva Kiir, President of the Government of the South, has also prepared another decade at about one hundred million U.S. dollars for the training of the SPLA and the supply of military equipment.
